By accessing and using PDF Studio (the "Service"), provided by Astravonix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PDF Studio provides free online PDF processing tools including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, rotating, watermarking, protecting, unlocking, and OCR services. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right to process any files you upload.
- Not uploading files containing malware, viruses, or illegal content.
- Not using the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords you may use.
4. File Processing and Storage
All files uploaded to the Service are processed automatically and deleted from our servers after processing is complete. We do not retain copies of your files. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Service at your own risk. We recommend keeping backups of your original files.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astravonix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This includes any loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

All content, design, and software comprising the Service are the property of Astravonix and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
