6. File processing and storage

When you upload a file:

  • Client-side tools process the file in your browser and do not send a copy to our servers.
  • Server-side tools upload the file to our servers, process it, and automatically delete it within 24 hours.
  • We do not keep backups, copies, or archives of uploaded files once processing is complete.
  • We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for files sent to or from our servers.

You should keep your own backups. Do not upload files that are irreplaceable or that contain information you are not authorised to share.

7. Advertising

By using the service, you agree that Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites. See our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy for more information and opt-out options.

8. Google ad and placement policies

We aim to display Google-served ads in compliance with Google Publisher Policies. By using PDF Studios, you acknowledge that the following ad-related policies apply to pages on our site:

  • Ads must not overlay or be adjacent to navigational or other action items in a way that may lead to unintended ad interactions, severely interfere with content, or push content off the display.
  • Ads will not be placed on “dead end” screens where a user cannot exit without clicking an ad, on screens without publisher content, on under-construction screens, or on screens used primarily for alerts or navigation.
  • Ads will not appear out of context, such as in background apps, outside the display, or when the user’s attention is expected to be elsewhere.
  • Ads will not be placed on screens with embedded or copied content from others unless we have added additional commentary, curation, or value to that content.
  • There will not be more ads or paid promotional material than publisher content on any page.
  • Our site is primarily in English, which is a Google AdSense supported language.
  • We comply with the Better Ads Standards and the Coalition for Better Ads guidance.
  • We maintain an accurate ads.txt file to declare authorised sellers of our ad inventory.
  • We do not place Google-served ads on screens that violate Google’s spam policies, contain abusive experiences, or contain malware or unwanted software.

If you believe an ad or placement violates these standards, please contact us at pdfstudios26@gmail.com.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or that processed files will be accurate or meet your requirements. You use the service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDF Studios, its operator, and any affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising out of your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, in the aggregate, will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to use the service in the twelve months before the claim (which is zero if the service was free to you), or (b) INR 100 (or the equivalent in local currency), except where prohibited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PDF Studios and its operator from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Termination and suspension

You do not need an account to use PDF Studios. However, we reserve the right to suspend, block, or restrict your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms, abuse of the service, security concerns, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.
